Lost packages
Overall great community! I enjoyed my 15 months stay however, staff sucks when it comes to ensuring that all mail carriers follow proper parcel locker guidelines So that tenants can receive packages. When confronted about loss packaging that says it was delivered staff have no remorse or resolution to fix the issue. Staff was just as loss as the package when asked questions about carrier. This is definitely and issue because I’m not the only tenant that have issues with this particular carrier... so at this point u would think it’s time for the property manager to step in to address the issue.
