DO NOT LIVE HERE: They do not care about residents' wellbeing
Me and my roommates have had several issues while living here for the past year and a half. First, we were placed with a random roommate who was older, out of college, and would bring several random guys back to the apartment each day (possibly for money). This roommate also had a kitten which she would leave in her room for days at a time continuously meowing and tearing up the carpet. The worst part of this besides animal neglect on my random roommates part, is that one of my other roommates... is allergic to cats and when this was brought to the attention of dockside management all they said was that she should have indicated she was allergic in her roommate preference form but there was nothing they could do now. Eventually this random roommate was evicted due to not paying her rent, but dockside management did not care about our health or safety one bit. All they care about is money. Also, there was a leak in one of my roommates rooms due to snow on the roof and this leak caused irreparable damage to her computer. We thought Dockside would cover at least some of the expenses for her to receive a new computer because we have insurance, but they did not cover the cost of her computer due to the damages caused by their faulty roof and on top of that, were extremely rude to her when she went in to the office to ask. Overall, I would just not live here. They have been nothing but rude and unhelpful to me and my roommates.
