Worst Place To Live

On August 20th I moved from here due to a shooting that happened July 4th four steps from my patio a gunman came out of nowhere and started firing at a car parked in lot my husband and grandson was standing outside on the patio before the shooting even happened they had to duck for there lives so the gunman wouldn't see them. My neighbor across from me had a bullet go through her window she moved the next day. July 5th another shooting happened at the pool where people were at. Management is... crap they don't answer the phones or if you go to the office they be sitting right there and don't answer maintenance bucks don't get a water leak they don't take care of it for weeks.
DON'T MOVE HERE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Between the maintenance and the management plus all the shooting/robberies every other week do not move here don’t waste your time or money??

Misleading

The example pictures are misleading. They did a poor job get my apartments ready, the area stinks, and I had to kill roaches and files the very first minute I walked into my apartment. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here.

I enjoyed this place

I lived here for 2 years while attending graduate school and enjoyed it. There was the occasional bug... but whenever I saw one I immediately called for pest control and they took care of it. It wasn't the fanciest, but it was clean, safe, and it did the job. I would live here again.

Worst Apartment!!

Absolute the worst apartment ever! Had 4 leaks that resulted in the master bedroom being flooded, lost of a cabinet, broken door because of the flood, damaged wall and mold. I asked dozens of times to have my carpet cleaned and Denise kept delaying it until new management took over. Once that happened I had to get it done by myself. The carpet needs to be replaced after 3+ years and they refuse to do it. Because of the new management the way to pay rent changed. Between Denise and Cindy they... would not processed the money orders in time and added on $100 for multiple months without notice. I currently have $400 in late fees that I just found out about and my rent was paid on time every month.
