I have been a resident for about two years come spring and the complex has just gotten more and more enjoyable unlike my previous apartments where it’s like you move in and are forgotten about, just a number. The maintenance team and leasing office staff are always pleasant and friendly and fast to resolve any issues. I am so glad to have found my home here. Best location downtown!

Great apartments, great location, great staff!

I recently moved to Columbia from the coast and could not be happier. Vista commons keeps clean amenities that are 24 hours so you can’t beat the convenience. I appreciate the staff and the onsite courtesy officer feature.

Vista Commons is a great place to live with conveinience to downtown and surrounding events. The apartment layout is excellent for a two bedroom, with additional home office space with a sunroom apartment. The maintenance is always fast and courteous. The rent is reasonable for a downtown location and the ammenities you get with the apartment. Would highly recommend Vista Commons for both professionals and graduate students at USC.
