Just moved in to a renovated apartment. Overall things are really nice with some minor cosmetic issues like dings in the wall or cracks in the paint in the outdoor storage. It's a nice place to live for the money but I have some things for the maintenance staff to take care of too.

Great place near the heart of Irmo near Harbison blvd. Apartments are upgraded with new appliances and kitchen counter tops. Only reason didn't give a 5 is because under new property management and can't wait to see what good things they can do for this community.

My experience with this apartment complex has been horrible. These apartments have a severe roach infestation, and many things in the unit are either half-functional or in need of replacement. The smell of weed from neighboring units seeps into my home as soon as I walk in, which is extremely unpleasant.

The toilets are uncomfortably low to the floor, and the sink faucet is so small and poorly installed that it’s difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth without water splashing against... the back wall. The breezeways are filthy, and the buildings desperately need pressure washing.

On top of that, the office staff is nearly impossible to reach and often doesn’t even show up to work. Overall, I’d rate this company a negative 3 stars if I could. The roaches are more “hands-on” and active than the management staff!
