Do not move here. There are other properties available that are worth the money and that actually answer calls, emails from tenants. I have had multiple maintenance request put in that have yet been answered. I have contacted corporate but it appears they allow the management of this property to do as they will. I have submitted my 60 day notice and the property manager responds “got it, they are dropping like flies” that statement to me 1. Proves you know something is wrong with your property... yet you knowingly ignore the needs of tenants and 2. To compare paying tenants to flies is so demeaning. I pay my rent on time, always have for the last 3 years and just wanted to be treated fairly and with decency. The advertisement lies, there is not a pool here. The waterline is often shut off due to the poor water conditions here. My neighbor did a mold kit in her home, it came back with 3 different types of mold. The water issues are still not resolved you can drive around and see the caution tape still around the property. The office is never open, they are so cowardly and short staffed you cannot even walk in to talk to someone face to face. I am not even a difficult person I just want my apartment fixed. At this point, it does not matter anymore as I will be moving soon but please believe every negative comment you see here… it is true and I am a living witness!
