DONT MOVE HERE. Rude, unprepared, and unaccommodating
My roommate and I were scheduled to move in Monday at 4pm. They called us at 11am that day to reschedule our move-in to Friday, saying the apartment needed to be repainted and the carpet needed to be ripped up. We had to reschedule our U-Haul rentals, workdays, living arrangements, etc. Then, when we arrived Friday 10 mins before the office closed, they told us they would not stay open an extra 10 mins to allow us to get a cashier's check. We were coming from work and ran into traffic rushing... to get there on their schedule and they could not even stay open a few mins past close time, though we accommodated them pushing our move-in date 5 DAYS. Horrible customer service. Now we have to find a hotel for the night and somewhere to park the trucks. Looking for a new apartment.
