Decent Property
Hawthorne price wise is one of the cheaper complexes to live in although a little out dated. The staff overall is okay at face value. They smile when you come in the clubhouse, but it’s very hard to get someone to answer the phone often times, so you have to go up there to get any assistance. Overall, I feel that the staff and management need improvements such as taking care of the pest issues and ensuring that maintenance is fulfilling orders correctly. They should definitely be more concerned... about having the entry gate fixed for their residence safety than nit picking if a resident has a certain color/style of curtain or lights on their patios. Ensuring that amenities that we pay for and having our trash picked up consistently is 100x more important than the “aesthetics of the community.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that we’ve already made significant strides in addressing the concerns you've outlined. Our team has been working diligently to... improve communication, resolve pest issues, and ensure maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
We're also excited to share some great news: starting March 31st, the entry gates will begin closing, enhancing the safety and security of our community. We understand how important consistent trash pickup and the overall functionality of amenities are, and we're committed to continuing improvements in these areas.
While we recognize the importance of ensuring the community is comfortable and well-maintained, we also believe the aesthetic of the community is key. It’s something we should all be proud of, as it contributes to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who lives here.
We value your insights and are committed to providing a better experience for all of our residents. Thank you for being a part of the Hawthorne community!
Warm regards,
Lisa Ross
