Poor Experience
They did not clean my apartment at all before I moved in (I had dog hair still in my bath tub). I notified them immediately and they said they would have it addressed and never did. During the warm months, it would be unreasonably humid in my apartment and the bedroom would get very hot at night. I notified the maintenance staff multiple times and they assured me everything was fine. I bought a digital thermometer to check the humidity and the temperature and sure enough it would get up to 73... when I had the thermostat at 65. I asked them to have a outside party look at my unit and they refused, insisting everything was fine. (This is after I had water leaking from my crown molding during a rain storm). I contacted the property manager directly and she would not respond. Way too much money for a tiny apartment to deal with stuff like this. The grounds were also on a continuous decline. Very little effort towards maintaining the aesthetic appeal. This place is on a rapid decline.
