Best of Greenville

We moved to WVL in early 2020 and are still enjoying it in our third year. The amenities are above and beyond what we would have expected, and the building and units are amazing. All ages, backgrounds and families live here and we have enjoyed getting to know a diverse group of friends. Plus you can walk to the Village for entertainment. A great deal all around.

I love my life here

I’m obsessed with my gorgeous 2 bedroom rental. Not only isn’t so spacious and beautiful, it’s also well maintained, and the leasing office staff, the maintenance and housekeeping team are attentive and just overall wonderful people. Everytime family come visit they have wonderful things to say about the complex and its surroundings. They also enjoy that we are walking distance to fun things and a few minutes drive to DT GVL. I literally wish I could buy my rental haha

Awesome place to live!!

I recently just moved into the Lofts at Brandon Mill and had the best move in experience. Kayla was extremely helpful and you could tell she wanted to make the move in process as easy as possible for us. The property and the amenities have exceeded my expectations. I am very excited to live here!!

Great place to live!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful with any needs you have, and the complex is very pet friendly as well! The loft style apartments are beautiful and is very close to downtown. Highly recommend!
