I am new to the community but the staff were very helpful and everyone I have met seems very friendly. It’s not the easiest community to qualify for and there are extensive rules and regulations but hopefully I will enjoy my time there.

Enjoy living here the amenities are very nice our neighbors are quiet and having a secure place is important to us the pool and the fitness center are always clean and comfortable

I absolutely love it here at Aquatera. It is an absolutely beautiful place. I love the fact that they are pet friendly. The staff here at Hilton head Island are extremely professional and sweet. I look forward to warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor activities available here at Aquatera
