Quick Fix Reported problems by SMS and quickly received schedule for maintenance. Service persons come next day and quickly fixed all problems.

The complex is great! Personally when I have issues, they work to handle them in a timely manner!!! They have different opportunities for us to get "freebies often from coffee, pizza, donuts, food trucks, etc. I just hope and pray that this continues!!!

valet trash never picked up the trash and we as residence were told to call them ourselves.
SERIOIUS ISSUE with the fire alarm, which knocks out the power in certain building when people in wheelchairs are not about to access the stairs.
front desk staff under new management treated everyone like we were nothing. No maintenance issues were ever addressed or fixed.
