we’ve had a broken AC unit since May when we moved in … it’s not September and they finally sent a real HVAC tech out to check it and then said the tech was “dramatic and wrong” when they said the unit was unsafe to use and needed to be replaced. After calling to complain or just get answers they used their own app to turn our air back on when it is not properly functioning without even reaching out to us. Every appliance in the apartment has had a work order put in and still barely functions.... There is also a huge bug problem throughout the complex. Save your money and go live literally anywhere else in horry county.

Dumpsters full, overflowing with the same trash and garbage piling behind the dumpster within the green mesh fencing Other dumpsters throughout are also overflowing. Dog park is filthy, dog poop stations are always over flowing. Dog poop all around the complex. Trash all over. 3 fires now have started in vacant apartments since September. Just before these very suspicious fires in these vacant apartments, there was a stand off with the swat team. You were not allowed in or out all day. If... they show you the show room I promise you’re apartment will not look anything like the show room. If anything you will have moldy carpets, bugs all over, and it will smell like cigarette smoke and pet urine. The rent keeps going up for a dangerous and very dirty complex. Don’t waste your time look some place else.

I have lived here for about 4 years now and the price just keeps going up every year. Now I understand inflation and do not expect my rent to stay the same every year. With that being said, in the 4 years I have been year the front gate has actually been in working order for maybe a month total, if that. If you drive by anytime you can see that the gate is not even up anymore even though it's listed as an amenity. The dog park is not looked after at all so there is little to no grass and its... covered with dog poop. I drive 15 minutes down the road to a different dog park just so I don't have to go into ours. That's how bad it is. If you get home after 6pm then you might as well forget about getting a parking space. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment drive 1 car and I still have to park 5 to 6 buildings away and walk. Not fun when its raining and you have to take groceries in. The walls are paper thin and you hear absolutely everything your neighbors do. If you are not on the top floor rest assured you will hear every step your upstairs neighbors make. On top of all this the cops are always here for something going on. A few months ago it was because someone got shot. I would suggest asking about these things to see what they say before you rent. They always have a random excuses as to why the gate is down so that's a good one to start with.

When we first moved in a year ago, we thought it would be a great place to move, mainly for the fact that the website stated that the apartments were furnished which was our major reason for moving here, but when we got there we were disappointed to find out that it wasn't, so after speaking to the managers we went back on the website a day after we got our Wifi hooked up and we found that "fully furnished" was removed from the website, which we found was very off. The apartments are beautiful... at first glance, but the bathtub was covered in fleas, the cabinets were filled with baby roaches and honestly we were pretty disgusted, but we had no place to go so we just called the exterminator, which did not help at all and we still have bugs. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everyone's conversations which is a little unnerving because then we know other people can hear our conversations and we like our privacy. Every top plug in the living room didn't work, leaky sink pipes and our fan desperately needed to be replaced and we've tried time and time again to get someone in here to fix everything, but it's been a little over a year now and they still have failed to show up and fix it. Hardly any of the appliances worked when we moved in and everything is just so flimsy. I tried rolling up the blinds and they snapped in half, even with the slightest tug. I opened the oven to pull out our dinner one evening and the handle was so flimsy that it snapped right off. This is not worth the money living here in these poor conditions. Please, I'm begging you, NEVER rent here.

We moved in under the assumption that the apartment was furnished, as that was what the website said, but it wasn't. Other than that it isn't bad, a decent apartment all in all
