Coastal Exchange is a beautiful and safe condo community to live in. I’ve been here 2 years and love it. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom facing the pool and couldn’t be happier. The neighbors are awesome. The condos are new and well maintained and the staff is the best. I found my forever home and I couldn’t be happier. Debby Cacala

Living here at Coastal Exchange was the best decision that I have ever made. We truly are a community of family. The staff is beyond amazing, the grounds, the close proximity to everything Myrtle Beach, the cleanliness, just everything is above what anyone can say. The staff even takes the time to plan monthly activities, fun activities that all ages can enjoy. These people care about you and that is what makes all the difference in the world.
