I love it here . As soon as I walked in the leasing office I knew this property was the one ! It was the overall vibes! The location, the price , the floor plan, Amenities, and the list goes on. I HIGHLY recommend Coastal Exchange !

Coastal Exchange is a beautiful and safe condo community to live in. I’ve been here 2 years and love it. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom facing the pool and couldn’t be happier. The neighbors are awesome. The condos are new and well maintained and the staff is the best. I found my forever home and I couldn’t be happier. Debby Cacala
