Happier Here Than Anywhere Else

I have never lived at a place that has this consistent staff and maintenance. I trust them, and they try and help when when they do not have to. They also are great hostess for events, and are VERY responsive. If I do not get a response on the phone right away, I send an email, and they always respond back within 48 hours!

I’m Home

I left my home from far away and as stressful the experience can be,Rebecca and Lori were with me every step of the way. 4 months of reassuring me that things were going as planned and they had my interest top of mind. Meeting once in person prior to starting the rent process, they anticipated my needs and expectations without me even knowing what was ahead. Came down fighting a tropical storm, and
even then, anticipated my unexpected delays and had my apartment ready for me to walk in whenever... I arrived.
Been here a few months and know I’m at home. Beautiful grounds, spotless clubhouse, immaculate gym and kind community atmosphere.
All staff are happy and maintenance Brian and team are on point.
Thank you Grandview for making me feel at home.

Love it here

The property grounds are always clean and the apartments have so much storage in the. The office is so responsive and the maintenance team is quick if there are any concerns in the apartment.

excellent community!

The neighborhood is so clean and quiet, the leasing team as well as maintenance is always thorough and attentive, and the amenities are very convenient and welcoming. The resident events are always a lot of fun as well!
