Love the apartment but hate the Marijuana smell in the elevator and the many people who don't pick up after their pets. The apartments are nice but the complex is not well managed. The electronic portals do not work and neither do the smart features they advertise.

Really love it here so far. The building is great, the gym is nice and convenient. The events Calender is always full. And the concierge trash is a game changer.
