An Absolute Nightmare - Avoid This Place Like the Plague
If you value your peace, safety, or even basic cleanliness, do yourself a favor and avoid this complex at all costs.
Management’s Manipulative Tactics
When you first tour the property, the office staff puts on an incredibly kind and professional front to lure you into signing a lease. But the moment you move in, the facade crumbles. They become dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Their true priorities are abundantly clear—they care only about getting you locked into a lease and couldn’t... care less about the serious issues you’ll face as a tenant.
A Filthy and Unsafe Environment
This place is overrun with trash—literal garbage everywhere you look. The neighborhood is perpetually littered with bags, loose trash, and even furniture that management neglects to address. And the kicker? Tenants are forced to pay for valet trash services, yet trash often goes uncollected. It’s infuriating and disgusting to live in a community that feels like a landfill.
Unrelenting Bug Infestations
The pest problem is absolutely horrifying. Despite weekly spraying and multiple visits from pest control, the bugs persist due to foundational issues that management refuses to address. Pest control is pointless when the root of the problem isn’t fixed. Living here means accepting that your apartment will never feel clean or safe from constant infestations.
Flooding and Mold Risks
Any time it rains, water floods my living room and bedroom. My belongings have been damaged, and I’m constantly worried about mold growth and other health hazards. Despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done to address this issue. It’s as if management doesn’t care about the well-being of their tenants.
Constant Noise and Gunshots
To make matters worse, gunshots can frequently be heard in the neighborhood, adding an entirely new level of fear and discomfort. This place feels anything but safe.
Critters in the Walls
To top it all off, there are critters scratching and crawling inside the walls. Pest control informed me that resolving the issue would require drilling holes in the walls, but management insists I would be financially responsible for any damages caused. This is unacceptable—it is their legal responsibility to address infestations. Meanwhile, I’m left lying awake at night, terrified that something will break through the walls into my apartment.
Final Warning This place is a nightmare in every possible sense of the word.
