Don’t get scam

Their no basketball court or no fitness center
The dog park has no toys for the dogs. Then the water be off every other day don’t get fool

Way nicer than I expected!

Just went and looked at one of the renovated 3 bedroom apartments and I was actually pretty impressed with the upgrades and amenities. Lizz was a lot of help and was very knowledgeable and able to answer the questions I asked about the apartment. Definitely on my short list!

New Management

Friedlam Partners just took over, and they do a great job investing in the properties to make real change for residents. Improving amenities is a big thing wherever they go and residents are happy with the results.

Every bad review written about this place is true
Rats and management is doing nothing about it because they don’t care
No business center
Management really hates people and humans
Fitness center has been closed since we moved here
Gate is broken so this place cannot be called a gated community
