Satisfied Tenant

Had to make a mandatory move from previous property that I occupied for 10 years. On a prompted whim drove through the neighborhood and discovered Oakridge Townhouses. I'm going into my 2nd month and I have to say it's been pleasant. Leigh made the rental process quick and easy. Lee and Jackson are the maintenance staff from heaven. I had some minor maintenance issues that were promptly addressed. The area is pretty much clean and quiet all day. No more cutting grass or trimming bushes for me.… Looking to stay for a while.

RUN RUN RUN

I Just signed a lease maybe about 2 months ago for 1 year and I cant live here anymore. Last week the guy five doors down from me shot and killed him self of his patio. I haven't been home since. THE MANAGEMENT DIDNT TELL ANYONE I GOT A KNOCK ON MY DOOR FROM NORTH CHARLESTON POLICE ASKING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING I HAD NO CLUE ABOUT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN FAR FAR WAY THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! The review below is so true. kitchen and bathrooms are out dated. Cant wait until my lease is… DONE IM OUT OF HERE.

You Get What You Pay For.

You really get what you pay for. The kitchen needs to be updated along with the bathroom. In my townhouse their is a problem with a water leak. I'm not reporting it because I'm ready to move. the rooms are a nice size. the carpet was cleaned when I moved in. Cindy I believe is her name has a bad attitude in the office don't see much off her. if you forget your parking pass don't PARK in the front of your town house or they will tow your Car. Its good for starter.
