Sumner Village is a hidden gem, from the units to management. We had a guided tour of the single home unit and fell in love with the place. It just feels like home, with full premium quality amenities and dedicated parking lots. Andie is pleasantly amazing!! From what I dealt with at our current apartment, she is like the sun to our dark days. The rental management world needs more managers like Andie, a pleasant taking care of tenants true service professional with plenty of smiles. I have... a strong feeling that we will be in good hands. She offered a fantastic deal that allow us to move over to Sumner Village while still stuck with paying the other apartment. In return, we promise to be sensible considerate neighbors. For now we'll call this place our home until buying a house down the road.
