Valley Falls Apartments

I had a great experience applying for my apartment! The process was straightforward, and the staff in charge of the apartments were incredibly helpful and professional. They answered all my questions, provided clear information about the lease, and made me feel confident in my decision. Their communication was prompt and friendly, which made the entire process much smoother. I appreciate how welcoming and supportive they were, and I’m excited about the possibility of moving in.

The application process is straightforward and easy to use. They keep you updated on the progress and communicate efficiently. The tour was also nice and definitely made me want to stay!

I’m very happy with the community, the amenities and for the most part, the professional customer service received when physically at the office.
I’m not giving 5 stars due to the following issues that I believe could be improved:
1. The cleaning of my bathroom before I moved in could have been better. I actually had to do a deep cleaning myself before feeling good about using it.
2. The responsiveness to calls and emails that I sent in the previous week to moving left a lot to be desired. I... didn’t get notice of my lease approval until less than 48 hours before moving in and I would not get responses to most of my emails or voicemails and I had to resort to come to the office to get news about the status of my approval.
3. Some staircases have noticeable bird dropping stains and unpleasant odors. A good power washer job would make things much better.

Rama, who works in the main office, has helped me greatly with understanding the benefits that Valley Falls has and the privileges that one receives once given an apartment as well. However, the best thing I can say about Rama is her effort to speak Spanish. I watched her assist a customer to the best of her ability in Spanish to direct them to their apartment. She is awesome at her job!

I have had such a good experience at Valley Falls and love living here!!! I love the view of the lake I have from my apartment window and the amount of care the staff has for its residents. Also, I love how it’s so convenient for me, my school is right across the street, my work is 15 minutes up the road, and heron circle, boiling springs, and downtown Spartanburg are so close! I love it here!
