You get more than what you pay for!

The apartments are older but are well maintained. Very quiet. The manager, Mike, seems rough at first but he is very kind hearted and does his best to make things happen.

Didn't care for the inspections but that's what you have to go through for low income housing so can't complain.

The only issue that I have is there is a ditch that is like muddy quicksand that needs to be marked off for safety issues.

A great place to call home!
