Lexington Place Apartments

I lived here for 3.5 years, the only reason I moved out is because I relocated to another city. The entire staff is WONDERFUL! My job messed up a couple of my paychecks and didn't pay me on time and they worked with me. Dina and Jenn are wonderful managers - I wish I could take them with me! Maintenance is always on top of their job with changing filters or resolving an issue if I had to put in a work order. The neighborhood is quiet and the best part is that no pets are allowed so it's... always clean! I didn't have to worry about dogs barking or someone not cleaning up after their pet. My neighbors were friendly and everyone stayed to themselves for the most part. I didn't have to worry about loud music, people hanging out all night, or hearing someone argue through the walls. This was truly a peaceful neighborhood to live in, not to mention it's off a major road (Sunset Blvd) so EVERYTHING is nearby - Target, Walmart, The hospital, Publix, TJ Maxx, and more. The amount of space you get in a 2 bedroom for the price is unbeatable compared to what most people are paying for less space. I would recommend Lexington Place 100 times over! Read More

We absolutely LOVE living here! I've been here for 2 years now and just moved into my 2nd apartment here. Initially I was in a one bedroom but got married and needed more space. The two bedroom townhouse is great because we don't have anyone above us. The property is very well kept and the maintenance staff is AMAZING! Our work orders are always completed the same day!

My experience is not good here. Sleeping is hard due to nearby trucking company that loads at night. My apartment was hot in the summer. It had multiple water leaks and mold. The roof leaked into my apartment. The bathroom pipes also leaked so my kitchen ceiling caved in twice. My outlet threw sparks and others blew circuits. Multiple other issues. My floors were uneven and not good for balance. I could not have pets. In the winter, my baths were cold. I had stuff stolen off my porch and I did... not feel safe. It is loud - the trucking company next door loads all night. My apartment is hot in the summer. I had water leaks and mold issues in my apartment. I had things stolen off my porch and did not feel safe. My circuit breaker kept going off and my kitchen ceiling caved in twice. The experience at this apartment is not good for me.

We went to visit the property, it was beautiful! The management were very kind individuals & welcomed us like we were home. We loved the space it's clean, well kept and affordable! I can't wait to move in!
