Trails Head at Indian Hills development will be located on the northwest corner of Main Avenue South and Trail Ridge Road. This will be the capstone of the Indian Hills Addition, originally purchased in 1967 and developed by Harvey Mills. Trails Head is a mixed-use project that has an integrated development approach to the land and location. The site is home to custom designed townhomes on the west side of the development, and a multi-use building along Main Avenue South. Trails Head along Main Ave. have 8500 sq. ft. of commercial retail and office space, indoor secure parking on the ground floor. The 2nd and 3rd floor apartment lofts have multiple floor plan options. The outside areas of the building feature a planned pocket park, patio areas, as well as ample green space. A water feature will highlight the intentionally landscaped areas across the property.
