The other two bedrooms are more narrow. One of the smaller bedrooms has an extra little room off of it which could be a nice play room for children.
Basement is not fully finished, but has concrete walls and floor and does not get ground water. Washer and dryer furnished.
The back yard is partially fenced in, and would no take much to become a fully fence in yard.
Two car garage right off the alley. With additional space next to the garage to fit one or two more vehicles for off street parking. Capital street between 4th and 5th (which is where this house is) is a narrow street, which does not allow for any street parking. So the closest street parking would be a half block away on 4th or 5th. Between the garage and parking area you could park 4 vehicles.
There is no public sidewalk along this property at this point which means you won't have to shovel snow from the sidewalk or pay the city to do it. You may have to shovel snow from in front of the garage after the snowplow goes through, but that's up to you.
Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
