50 characters just is not enough however there have been several murders, car jackings, attempted murders, your property ie your car will be be hit, stolen and damage. The management team is a joke. The are horrible people and can not be trusted. The are rude and speak to people with disrespect. ALSO, they are charging for community electricity, water, sewer, two different types of trash removal. You will pay up to $300 or more just in the apt fees. So stay away if you value your life, property... and you wallet.

We take concerns of this matter seriously and have security services in the community. The access gates require that the only way for vehicles to enter the property is through an access card or residential code. Additionally, per the signed... lease agreement (and again outlined in the welcome email) the following fee is charged monthly, pest control, valet trash, trash hauling, water, sewer, utility service fee, and community electric charge.
