Horrible First Impression
I was calling to verify availability and the first thing the agent said was, you’ll have to pass background, income verification etc. Then cut me off after I said ok, but do you have apartments available? She stated, “I just started today, so you’re going to have to call me back in 20 mins. If you’re not prepared to answer the phone then don’t answer!
Firstly, I’d like to say that I am very aware of how the apartment process works. Secondly, you have poor customer and communication skills that... are needed for the position to which you’ve recently started. (If that’s even true).
It put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole complex, so I’ll be talking my money elsewhere.
