Do not move here!
I have lived here for almost two years. I wish I would have not renewed my lease the second time. The property manager and staff discusses your personal business and I have walked in on them commenting on people’s personal business. They have towed plenty of people’s cars because residents are so confused because they change their parking rules so much. They have an earwig problem. These bugs get everywhere. The pool rules and hours change so much that I don’t bother to use it. I don’t like how... they email and communicate with residents. It’s borderline rude and disrespectful. I also don’t like how I constantly walk on eggshells when I live here and pay rent here and follow all the rules. Why pay so much rent when you’re going to be treated like scum? This is a short synopsis of all that I’ve encountered over these almost two years, but once my lease ends, I will be gone.
