Safety Issues

We have had multiple security and safety issues living here as well as disruptive neighbors. The leasing office will not offer any help or assistance with safety matters as they have no security cameras and are more concerned with the complex’s reputation. I cannot deter possible renters from this complex enough.

Regarding the incident you mentioned, we appreciate you reaching out to us at the time....
As we previously explained, security camera footage can only be released to law enforcement with a valid warrant due to privacy and legal restrictions. As we mentioned, we always recommend residents report any suspicious activity directly to the police so they can properly investigate and take appropriate action.

Additionally, we have not received prior complaints from you regarding disruptive neighbors or ongoing safety issues. We encourage residents to communicate any concerns with us so that we can address them promptly.
