Don’t Do It!!
Started out good, but quickly went downhill. Owners constantly changing the rules and policy’s. They charge you $30 to pay your rent online in the resident portal. The pool is always nasty. Special treatment of certain residents over others. Same rules do not apply for all residents. Parking is a nightmare. Walls are super thin! And did I mention the bugs! I started out with none and then they appeared everywhere. They also raise the rent $100 every year.

Regarding the changes in... policies, we continuously strive to improve our services and occasionally make adjustments to better meet the needs of our residents. We understand that these changes can be challenging, and we aim to communicate them as clearly as possible. Please stop by the office to further discuss some of these changes taking place.
We’re also sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve encountered with the online payment system. The fee is in place to cover processing costs. We offer various forms of payment that range from $0 to process to a 3.74% processing fee. I would love to go over your options to avoid processing fees that are high to your household.
Regarding the pool, parking, and maintenance concerns, we are actively working on improvements in these areas. We are committed to maintaining a clean and pleasant environment and addressing any issues promptly.
If you’re experiencing problems with pests or any other maintenance issues, please let us know immediately so we can resolve them. We take these matters seriously and want to ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone.
As for rent increases, we aim to keep them reasonable and in line with market conditions while continuously investing in property improvements.
