Poor management/nasty property
I’ve lived here going on 3 years now and they let the trash pile up and pour out into the streets. Maintenance does not exist. They tow your vehicle even if you have your parking permit on it. They also only allow one parking permit which should be allowed to be used on multiple cars if you have more than one. Parking is limited and ridiculous so if there is no parking they expect you to park on the street in the neighborhood in front of someone’s house. Living here has been a complete... nightmare! The dishwasher is falling apart and barely works. Tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are coming up and have been glued down but continue to come up! Let this be your last resort and do not if possible move out here! Oh and if you ever have a problem with management she will give you the number to the property owner whom never answers a call or even calls back after leaving a voicemail months or even days ago so you never get to talk to them.
