I'm sad to write this, but I have become slightly unhappy over the past 2 years I've lived here. I feel like things have gone downhill as far as the appearance of the property and several things broken around the property (and no, I am in no way referring to the lightning damage that was out of your control). I will not be renewing my lease, due to the fact that I will be relocating out of state, but I'm not 100% sure I would renew if I was staying in town. I hate to say this, as I really have... enjoyed living here. It just seems that the "quality" of the community as gone down.
