Overall great apartment complex. Management has been very easy to work with. Some of the residents have negatively impacted the experience but I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the sumner county area.

Great so far! Easy access, great location, feels safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment is nice, kitchen appliances are good as well as washer and dryer. Only complaint i have is that kitchen cabinets are not made for short people...get a ladder! Lol

Nice apartment! So far so good. Just moved in a week ago. Ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. Hope my time here remains good. Can't wait until weather settles a little so I can get good outside time with my dog.

They are so very welcoming. The apartment is wide and bright with lots of natural light. Everything is very clean and neat. Love the safe and friendly location as well.
