DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve been here for almost 6 Months and breaking my lease already! These apartments are so raggedy and old and smell bad from plumbing! I can’t use my bathroom in my room cause it will overflow. Can’t even use the sink or dishwasher without it overflowing and toilet water getting on the carpet in my room!! This has happened multiple times and I’m sick of it. Called themselves fixing it in October 2024 but it’s still happening. And then the bugs!!! I have to be my own pest control cause they don’t... come! I have to spray my whole apartment and they say pest control come EVERY WEEK cause these apartments are infested with roaches!

Jackie is the best i will say that!! Always ask for her ?? she went above and beyond n beyond to us into our apartment with our crazy schedules.

I love my apt. I would only like to see more responsiveness from the office and maintenance. I’ve been waiting on my dishwasher to be repaired for several weeks now. That’s my only complaint.

Everyone here, every neighbor has been very polite and kind. I had my car hit and run in our parking lot. It was someone speeding through the parking lot way to fast and totaled my car. Realistically, putting way more speeding signs orneven speed bumps would really help. I am in building 48 and we need a few over here. I also did have some minor issues with noise after 10pm, and also I once had a Instacart order stolen from my porch before I could get to it. I do feel like the community is nice... though, and everyone has been very polite. I also had a great experience with the front office.
