The Arbours of Hermitage Apartments

When we moved in our apartment was not cleaned properly, and it took months for maintenance to come fix the things that should have been done prior to moving in. Our move in check list was not taken seriously, and it took several visits to the front office to finally get some things taken care of. After not having to deal with maintenance or the front office for a few months it has been okay.

Still hard to get help from office. They tell us someone will be in the apartment to spray been here almost a year and paying money when no one shows up.

At 4 months in, I have had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of, with in a timely manor. The office staff is very nice and listens to any request needed. The only thing I wish they had was in the online portal to make any requests, there was a way for maintenance/office staff to add working comments.
I also, have a dog and walk her 3-4 times daily and feel very safe doing so.

I have so far loved living here because it’s peaceful and safe. Everyone minds their business. Very quiet and clean. Good clean place to be.

I’ve been here for almost 6 Months and breaking my lease already! These apartments are so raggedy and old and smell bad from plumbing! I can’t use my bathroom in my room cause it will overflow. Can’t even use the sink or dishwasher without it overflowing and toilet water getting on the carpet in my room!! This has happened multiple times and I’m sick of it. Called themselves fixing it in October 2024 but it’s still happening. And then the bugs!!! I have to be my own pest control cause they don’t... come!
