It was an effortless move in, The apartment staff was ready as soon as i walked through the door, the only complaint is the parking. there are more vehicles then there are parking spots.

From the beginning of the application process to move in the staff was very professional and helpful with providing assistance. This was an easy move in. I Had a maintenance request the day I moved and it was completed the next morning!

Application is a pain to get done, but once in it’s no issues. Office staff are amazing! Kevin is so personable and approachable and always has a smile on his face! Very welcoming here. Beautiful property with lots of safe walking areas. It’s located in the middle of everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy, but spacious with of storage space. The noise from upstairs isn’t too bad and you don’t hear anything outside except the train that comes through and... that’s not bad at all as far as noise wise. Overall great experience and happy!

Staff is on top with knowing all things Ridgeview ! Also beautiful area to live at due to its the middle of Hixson !!
