We had problem with everything under the sun. Management could care less about fixing your problems. Stay away to save yourself some money and hassle!

They take forever to repair things. Office staff has bad attitudes. Office hours seem to be a suggestion because there's never anyone in the office during those hours.

I have lived in Post House for over 5 years and absolutely love it. I have looked all over Jackson and not found anything that has it all like Post House. We love the fitness center, pool and pet park etc. The staff is eager to meet all my needs. I would recommend these apartments to both families and young adults looking for a safe, well-kept environment.

I moved in about 3 months ago needed somewhere to live asap. I was told that I could not see the apartment it was being cleaned. I moved the carpet was was filthy, the kitchen has no space, no closet space, no towel closet. to top it off there is a spider problem, I have gotten bit by a spider and a friend has also gotten bite, told them about the spiders, they look at you like you are crazy, they did send the man to spray, just made them come out more, some died some got angry. I wrote a... letter and told them that I was moving cause of the spiders, and to let me know what i need to do, no reply, 2 weeks later I wrote a letter and told them that I was moving that was my 2months moving out letter. I told them that I needed to move because of the spiders, i said let me know what I need to do, not reply.
