Ridge at Jackson Apartments

Rent goes up every year. Apts outdated. Buildings molded. Apt manager got her apt painted with new carpet but doesn't care about tenants!

Nice apartments but the management is rude.. She doesn’t know how to treat people or talk to you respectfully as an adult. She’s always in someone business. The maintenance man gets pissed if there’s something he has to fix as if that’s not his job. The patrol officer is okay she’s the easiest to get along with. They charge for EVERYTHING. This by far have been the worst apartment manager that I have ever encountered. There have not been once a time where she have ever approached me joyfully. I am one of the easiest to get along with. I have brought nothing but peaceful vibrations as to the Ridge at Jackson. I pay my rent on time, respect my neighbors, and keep my living area clean. I am probably one of the most compliant tenants in the area. Yet, I still am treated with the least respect. The apartment manager here is absolutely... RUDE! There have been multiple times that I have talked to her and instead talking respectfully like two adults, she have talked as if I was the child and she was the adult. She is one who definitely takes her position for granted! I deeply regret moving into these apartments! I hate to see an apartment complex get such a low rating only because of the staff. I do believe that if she is removed from the office, these apartments will receive extremely high ratings because everything else here is great. Read More

The apartment complex manager is horrible she don't know how to talk to people she's always in somebody else's business she even takes it upon herself to get on the school bus over here to tell the bus driver who they should suspend just like these parents ain't got jobs out here if you considering moving out here I suggest you talk to some of the tenants out here they will tell you the same thing I'm saying on this review, I love the apartment but the staff is making it hard to live out here

Love my apartment been here almost 3 years. The staff is amazing, they take care of everything in a very timely manor.
