bad memories here

I lived there for three years with no good memory. The townhouses were old and the management was not professional. The service man couldn't do anything to make the air conditioning efficient in the summer, so it was very hot in the second floor. Water leakage happened lots of times in the first floor. They couldn't solved it while just helping you drain the water out. Also, they wouldn't notice you if you were near the monthly payment due day. My neighbor used my outside storage for their shoes... and it was O.K. for me since I didn't use it and the office already knew this situation. On the day I moved out, they walked through the house and didn't say any problem. However, after I settled down in another state, they just held the deposit and told me it was my fault to let the neighbor use the storage. I really didn't recommend this apartment.
