My apartment community is great. The mgmt and maintenance team have always been helpful and understanding. The turnover makes it hard to get to know the team.

So far it’s been great! I’ve lived here for 5 days and everything has been wonderful. Business center is great. Maintenance has come out quick to fix our concerns. So far so good.

Greystone Summit is the standard for luxury apartments!
The property manager, Ty, goes above and beyond for the community and residents! We’ve even seen him out on the property doing work orders! The leasing professional, Bethy, is so incredibly kind and inviting! Going so far as to make fresh cookies for the residents daily! I’m so lucky to call Greystone Summit home!

Lovely and appealing surroundings. Common areas are kept immaculate and clean. Any maintenance issues are immediately handled. Every member of the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Grounds and apartment is BEAUTIFUL. Great amenities and very friendly staff. Very accommodating! Moved from 1000 miles away “sight unseen” and everything went perfectly.
