Run dont walk away from these apartments

These apartments have water leaks and roaches. The building need to be renovated bad. There's no manager in the office at all. They can't keep anyone in the office Ever. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Cockroach problems

I have been living here for a year, it is affordable for its location in the city, spacious and near at my work. The management is better now, they will renovate the parking and other rooms, I can manage the noise from some neighbors and cars outside but what I cant deal with are cockroaches everywhere and bugs..that is why I am moving for 300 bucks more for an apartment that gives you peace of mind and cleanliness

Perfect location, close to everything and great views

We currently have a new management company and new name, but so far the changes have been great. The team is super nice, I love the fitness room and computer lounge, it's a great place to chill or hang out when I don't want to lounge in my apartment. Close to work and all the great restaurants. Love it here so far!
