Cedarwood Apartments

I moved in here the beginning of November. There were a few minor things wrong like closet doors that maintenance came out and fixed within 1 to 2 days. I was REALLY impressed by that because last place I lived took forever to fix anything, and I guess that’s what I expected. Also the apartment was spotlessly clean on move-in which is uncommon in my opinion. I’m very pleased with this place and hope to stay for a good while. Lashonda made the application process smooth and simple and the... maintenance guys are very professional and leave everything clean and picked up and I’m just really impressed, especially as compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. been here over 20 years!!! been through many managers, been through over five (5) fires next to my unit.the compex next to me had to be rebuilt from ground up.Mrs Avis, (hope i spelled it right) has been the best! I got broke into a couple years ago and when i came home after work around 11:00 pm called the police,called cedarwood,and had the sercurity officer show up with the police. after they left i secured the door from the inside. the next day Mrs Avis showed with the maintenance guy, and... had a look. he said he could repair it.Mrs Avis said no, Redo the whole door frame. Living here at first was very comfortable. It’s quiet the security guard is a bit overbearing but it helps keep the community feeling safe. On the other hand I to have problems with office manager getting things done in a timely manner. As well as having to deal with MANAGEMENT who is very rude and dismissive. This will be my LAST YEAR HERE only because the staff are tremendously disrespectful.

I love it over here! The office staff is friendly and very speedy on maintenance requests. I have been over here for about two years and plan on staying another two.

Unorganized, disrespectful employees( manager, assistant, security), horrible living conditions, security guard harasses tenets consistantly and manager does nothing.
