Lots of the "amenities" listed here are lies

There is no fitness center, dry cleaning service, and they literally only got both elevators working in the past couple months. Maintenance staff is spread out far too thin and spends the majority of the time working in the basement which looks terrifying and also where the subpar laundry area is. The unit themselves are pretty with wooden floors and a nice balcony, but everything else is super dated including plumbing, air conditioning, and the kitchens. I can deal with rustic things, but an... oven that burns everything to a crisp is irritating.
