How Is This Rating Determined?

Unsafe! Avoid if you value your life!

Between 4:00 and 4:30 we heard something like 13 to 15 gunshots coming from the building behind us. Broad daylight, office still open, yet one hour later there was no response from the much-hyped new security guards and no arriving police cars. If someone can unload a clip and a half and not get a response, what kind of operation are they running here? And that's not even mentioning the many and varied unaddressed maintenance issues. Just don't move here. Period.
