For quite some time I've wanted to live at these apartments, and oh had they find me at the right time!
The lovely ladies in the Front/Leasing Office are very courteous and were able to get me approved and moving into a place where I truly felt at home in record time.
The feeling I get when I walk through the lobby and double doors everyday is unmatched.
I'm not too found of most management companies in Memphis, but RAM and their employees are truly a cut above the rest. They've been able to... do justice with the interior renovations to the historic Gayoso House all while maintaining a proper relationship with their tenants.
Speaking of tenants - throughout my time residing here not once have I had to file any type of complaint against a fellow tenant or guest. Everyone is respectful of each other and mindful of their business. Whether you do or don't enjoy small talking with your neighbors, there's enough space for everybody. Most people respect the arbitrary rules so a simple nod or "hello" will be enough.
Above all else : the Gayoso House is a great place to live for adults that expect a higher level of service and satisfaction from the place they inhabit. I hope to renew my lease here when the time comes. (Something I've never said before!)
