So far, I’m liking it. The hallway always smell great so every time I come in from work it just calms me down and remind me I’m home. Also Jessie is very helpful. Everytime I call her or send a mail for something, i get answers really quick.

The environment is safe and there are always activities for residents. However, I do wish the garage was cleaner especially since we are paying to park in the garage. The garage walls are extremely dirty and the garbage overflows and is often left unattended for days.

I’ve been living here since April 2025, and overall it’s been a great experience. The location is excellent, convenient to everything I need. The neighborhood is quiet. The amenities are solid and well maintained, and overall environment feels comfortable and safe.

Appreciate the sincerity but could do better. The rooms are 'industry' style and have pipes on the celling. Need to improve their pre-move in inspections but nice staff!

Yes, we love our Industrial chic apartments, as we like to call them! :) For anyone that may not want that industrial feel, with exposed brick and piping, we... do offer a second phase that has more of a modern feel with no industrial pipes!
