They turn the water off 3 to 4 times a month for a leak that will never get repaired because they keep using maintenance staff and won’t hire a professional company. I have tried to get a virtual tour of the complex several times, and each time was cancelled or rescheduled due to the agent not being available. When I called the office to see if I could have an in-person tour or at least have my questions about leasing answered, I was cut off mid-sentence and told to go to the website and "just look at the pictures because we don't have anything to show until the end of the month.
