Highpoint at The Greenline Apartments

This is an honest review from someone who has lived here since it has been renovated. Cars are constantly broken into due to easy access from the Greenline. The gate was once ran through by car thieves. Roaches and ants are pretty bad, but it has gotten a little better with pest control but you will have to pay for pest fees monthly. The pool is tiny and has no covering. The renovations look nice but were not properly done. Doors are weak and can be easily broken into. Walls are paper-thin and... can hear your neighbors. Only one dumpster for the entire apartment and is constantly overflowing. The owners of these apartments are pretty shady and greedy. Office constantly threatening fines and can be shady as well. Parking is terrible and you will get threatened with fines. Don't be fooled by how quick the response time is and how friendly the office can be in the beginning. Nasty.. Bad Management... Never Fix things. Bugs, Cars on Cinder Blocks.. Security is Nilch.... DONT STAY HERE.. Much better places nearby..

DONT RENT HERE! Warning. Very ugly and trashy place to live.

I'm a long-term tenant (lived here for many years) and the last 2-3 has been terrible. In the past two years we've probably had around 20-25 property managers. No information is shared between any of them when a new one takes over. It is nearly impossible to get maintenance out to look at an issue, and when they do come out, they just look at the issue and do nothing for a month. The doors look like they were painted by a five-year-old. There are shutters missing on many of the buildings. The... pool is disgusting and not maintained/cleaned. This has been a nightmare since the new owner took over, Grounds look terrible as they are unable to pay for lawn service, trash is all over the grounds, and management is a joke. There have been no less than 6 managers in the last 12 months. It doesn't help that the new owner is trying to falsely pump up his rent roll with month to month tenants without screening. My air conditioner has been out for a month with promises of " we will get someone down there in a few minutes" over and over again....
