South Junction Apartments

I’ve called the South Junction Apartments home for nearly three years, and it’s been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the leasing office staff made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained, and the maintenance team is consistently prompt and professional - always quick to resolve even the smallest requests.

One of my favorite memories here was celebrating my 29th birthday in one of the complex’s outdoor spaces. It was the perfect setting to... gather with family and friends, and it made the occasion truly unforgettable.

The apartment location is a dream for anyone who enjoys walkability and local charm. I often stroll with my dog through the area, which is incredibly dog-friendly and full of character. Some of our favorite stops include:
- Dr. Beans Coffee Emporium, tucked inside the Stock & Belle boutique- a cozy gem with great coffee and atmosphere.
- JUICED What You Needed, a new juice bar and café that always hits the spot.
-Tom Lee Park, a stunning riverside park perfect for long walks and fresh air.

And when the sun goes down, the neighborhood comes alive. Just a short walk away is Slider Inn, famous for their Jameson Slushies and a laid-back vibe. For music lovers, Eight and Sand inside the Central Station Hotel is a must - featuring incredible DJs Thursday-Sunday that’ll have you dancing the night away.

This place is truly commendable; it offers a peaceful environment and friendly residents. The management team excels in their responsiveness and ensures that tasks are completed promptly. They also keep everyone informed with regular updates, which helps maintain clarity. I feel secure living here, and the security personnel are diligent in their duties. South Junction apartments is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for 4 years. The location is walkable to downtown but far enough away that it’s not too loud from Main Street activities. The front office is really responsive and maintenance is prompt and does great work!!!! Parking inside the gates is easy and there are always spaces. Highly recommend!

Living at South Junction has been an amazing experience from day one. As a gated community, it offers a true sense of safety and privacy that makes coming home feel peaceful and secure.

One of the highlights for me is the swimming pool — it’s always clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax or cool off after a long day. Right beside it is a grill area, which is ideal for hosting friends or enjoying a casual outdoor meal. It gives the whole community a resort-like feel!

The workout... room is another favorite of mine. It’s fully stocked with everything I need, and it’s never too crowded. I love being able to stay on top of my fitness goals without having to drive to a gym.

Even practical things are thoughtfully managed here — the garbage dumpster area is clean, organized, and easy to access. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping the property in top shape.
