TrainWreck

Marisol is a great person but the office times, communication, and systems are trash. Building and maintenance crew is friendly unless you have a problem with the property then you speak to Marisol. They just fix things, stay in there assigned apartment/storage, and pick up trash occasionally THATS IT. Speaking of which the Dumpster is ALWAYS spilling out on the Weekend, trash left outside people's apartments, beer cans/bottles everwhere. They like to pick and choose rules they wish to enforce... here. Mostlikely because they have absolutely no security or enforcement so rules are constantly broken. Homeless people float around because other tenants let them stay with them occasionally. The bug control they use is absolute trash it does absolutely nothing. I don't let them in anymore and been using my own roach baits for last few years now with much better success.
