Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations.
