not a safe building at all

While the property itself is great, it’s not secured. We have been seeing a number of break ins and a car theft in our garage (my car was stolen while I was out of town and had it parked inside the “secured” gate). There’s only one camera on the first floor and no security after you get through the gate. The doors on the interior of the garage are all open (minus two right at the entrance) and do not require a badge or key to get in. Management has said that there’s not enough money to invest in... increased security. It’s a shame that resident safety is not on the top of this property’s list. People are having their cars broken into during all times of the day here… and stolen at that… Keep that in mind before deciding !

Maintenance Department staff was very professional. They take the time to explain what they found and the resolution. If possible, they will complete the job right away. Very impressive and we were satisfied with Jerry and his Supervisor. Although we are still hoping that the replacement will arrive soon …

Broadstone Centennial is in a great location and has very nice looking apartments and amenities. The management team needs to improve the move-in experience, dirty toilets and missing appliances mean the unit is not ready for move-in.

Great floorplans with gas ranges in our studio, one and two-bedroom apartments... . We offer full wine fridges as opposed to wine racks.
